Business Development Manager

 

Description:

As a Business Development Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind expanding our property portfolio. Your mission: to attract, convince, and partner with property owners, ensuring Daniels Holiday Homes remains the go-to choice for premier vacation rental management.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

· Identify and sign property owners through strategic outreach and negotiations.

· Develop and execute clear strategies for lead generation and owner persuasion.

· Manage leads systematically, conduct meetings, and maintain CRM records.

· Provide expertise to landlords on enhancing property appeal for optimal rental performance.

· Coordinate property onboarding, including upgrades and furniture installations.

· Respond promptly to owner inquiries and maintain a professional, collaborative image.

· Meet monthly/quarterly targets for acquiring new landlords.

 

Skills & Experience:

 

· Minimum 2 years of sales experience, in holiday homes or real estate.

· Advanced knowledge of business development, marketing, and brand expansion.

· Fluent in English, additional languages (especially Arabic/Russian) a plus.

· Strong negotiation skills with an analytical approach to portfolio management.

· Real estate market knowledge and experience in onboarding properties.

· Hardworking, goal-oriented, and confident with excellent communication skills.

· Valid driving license is a must.
