Hiring Business Development Manager. We are currently looking for a passionate, results-driven individual with a knack for building successful partnerships to join our growing and developing Holiday & Short Term Rentals team.
The Role: The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales and business development, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving targets and delivering results.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing partnerships with homeowners and other prospects and driving revenue growth in the holiday homes sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end process of identifying, approaching, and acquiring clients to on board properties with our holiday homes management services.
- Contact, meet, present to, negotiate with, and close contracts with potential clients. Visiting the sites if needed to get the clear picture.
- Complete onboarding in terms of securing contracts, DTCM requirements or any other documents.
- Develop innovative strategies to attract and convince property owners to partner with us.
- Build and maintain relationships with homeowners to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with third party vendors, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless property onboarding and maintenance as well as develop strategies to attract new business.
- Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates; calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals.
- Stay updated on market trends, local rental rates, competition, and industry developments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance Real Estate, or a related field.
- English & Arabic spoken and verbal
- 5+ years of proven experience in business development within the real estate sector, specifically in holiday homes and a solid understanding of the short-term rental market in the UAE.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals successfully.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software, booking platforms, and other relevant business tools
