Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the interior fit-out and construction sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Generate leads, conduct market research, and stay informed about industry trends.
Client Management:
- Cultivate and manage relationships with clients, architects, and contractors.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide detailed information about our services.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and project delivery.
Design Coordination:
- Collaborate with the design team to understand client requirements and contribute to the development of innovative design solutions.
- Present design proposals to clients and address any queries or modifications.
Contract Negotiation:
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favourable terms for both parties.
- Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize contract details.
Market Analysis:
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
- Provide regular reports and updates on market insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
- Proven GCC experience in the interior fit-out and construction industry.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of successful business development.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
- Ability to create and maintain a network of valuable industry contacts.
