Whizz HR is hiring a Business Development Specialist to work with an award winning brand.
- Analyzing KPIs and investigating the occurrence of any abnormal trends.
- Approaching, planning, and coordinating promotional sales material to gain new clients and coordinate with the internal team.
- Preparing presentations (Different types of presentations: New Concepts, Service Reviews & Service Testing), business plans, and all commercial aspects.
- Establishing and maintaining cooperative relationships with the clients, content providers, and partners dealing with Horizon agency.
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements within business operations.
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand.
- Initiates manage, and follows up on negotiations and deal closure activities performed with the potential alliances for new businesses, as well as structuring the deal accordingly as the company goals of revenue and profit.
- Manage key customer relations by acting as a liaison between the company and its key customers, whether current or perspectives.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development, with a good understanding of the marketing industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or Business Administration, MBA is a plus.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Committed to meeting deadlines with high-quality results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
