Description:
Whizz HR is in search of a dynamic Business Development Manager / Sales specialist to join one of our clients based in Dubai. The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record in sales, good connections and the capability to bring business through designers, fit-out companies, D&B companies, contractors, and end-users.
A valid UAE driving license is a prerequisite for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute business expansion strategies to meet sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business prospects through diligent research, networking, and cold calling.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clientele.
- Develop and deliver proposals to clients, engage in contract negotiations, and successfully close deals.
- Conduct market analysis to ascertain customer requirements and explore new target segments.
- Champion the company's services, aligning them with client objectives and preferences.
- Actively engage with stakeholders in the construction industry to promote our offerings.
- Monitor and pursue new projects and business opportunities across the UAE market.
- Foster and sustain relationships with consultants, contractors, and joineries.
- Attain a comprehensive understanding of furniture fitting products and solutions.
- Interpret architectural drawings and installation guidelines as necessary.
- Grasp pricing structures to competitively bid and fulfil profit expectations.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in a business development executive, sales executive, or equivalent role in the UAE region.
- Sound understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Possession of a valid UAE driving license.
