Business Development Manager

Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Freelance Business Development Manager to join our team on a project basis. As a freelance BDM, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
• Develop customized business proposals and presentations to pitch services/products to clients.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to achieve win-win agreements.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and results to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3 - 4 years of Business Development experience in Recruitment and Staffing Industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented
