WC Freight Dubai is seeking a driven and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. In this exciting role, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth through strategic business development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
- Negotiate and close deals with clients
- Prepare and deliver presentations on WC Freight Dubai’s services
- Manage and develop a strong sales pipeline
- Contribute to the development and execution of the overall business development plan
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a freight forwarding or related logistics role
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the freight forwarding industry in the UAE
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Fluency in English and Arabic (a plus)
