Position Overview:
NAVO is seeking a proactive and strategic-minded Business Development Manager to drive the company’s growth and expansion efforts. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding NAVO’s market presence in Dubai and across the UAE. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing business development strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve NAVO’s business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research,
- Prospecting, and networking with key stakeholders in target industries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, strategic partners,
- Architects, designers, and industry influencers to generate leads and opportunities. Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact and needs assessment to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of business development initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for growth and develop actionable insights and strategies.
- Represent NAVO at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to raise brand awareness and promote NAVO’s products and services.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business plans to clients and partners, articulating NAVO’s value proposition and competitive advantages.
Requirenments:
Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in the ergonomic, furniture, or related industry, with a track
- record of achieving and exXceeding sales
- Targets. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; additional certifications in business development or sales are a plus.
- Compensation (Salary + Commission + Bonus) :
- Fixed Salary: 5000-7000 AED per month (Negotiable based on experience & track record) Commission & bonus structure based on achieved sales targets & performance (Will be discussed in person)
