Business Development Manager

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, managing existing client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. The role requires strong networking abilities, conducting market research, creating business proposals, and negotiating contracts. The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful event execution.

Qualifications
 

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Knowledge of the event industry and market trends
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
• Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
