Role Overview:
As a Business Development Manager at Megatask, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base across Dubai and the wider Middle East region. Leveraging your expertise in business development, you will identify new opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the web development and digital products sector, focusing on key industries and target markets.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions to address their challenges.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop compelling value propositions and marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities.
- Represent Megatask at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to raise brand awareness and foster business partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients, showcasing Megatask's capabilities and value proposition.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Experience managing UAE market
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in business development roles, preferably within the web development and digital products industry.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, digital marketing trends, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Prior experience working in the Dubai market or the wider Middle East region is highly desirable.
