We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a background in security services. This role is perfect for someone with strong market knowledge, excellent contacts, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify & develop new business opportunities
• Build & maintain strong client relationships
• Tailor security solutions to meet client needs
• Collaborate with facility management companies
• Stay updated on market trends & competitors
• Implement effective sales strategies
• Prepare & present proposals
• Negotiate & close agreements

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development (security services)
• Strong network within security & facility management sectors
• Excellent communication, negotiation, & interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently & in a team
• Strong organizational & time-management abilities
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
