About Us: We are a new and innovative ice cream brand set to launch in the UAE, committed to bringing delicious, high-quality ice cream made from natural ingredients without any preservatives. As we gear up for our grand launch, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM)/Sales professional to join our team and help us establish a strong presence in the retail market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and expand the brand's presence in retail outlets across the UAE.
- Identify and establish relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and other stakeholders. (Carrefour, Lulu hypermarket, Spinneys, Grandiose, Geant etc )
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantages.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with retail partners to ensure optimal product placement and visibility.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to retail partners, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to make informed business decisions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development/Sales within the FMCG industry, with a focus on retail outlets.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of the UAE retail market and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
