Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
• Conduct market research to identify potential markets and customer needs.
• Develop and implement strategies to enter new markets.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align business development strategies with overall business goals.
• Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to inform business strategies.
• Prepare reports on business development activities and performance.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of work experience in a business development role.
• Strong understanding of business development principles and market dynamics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
