Description:

The Business Growth Manager will collaborate with our lead generators, identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, develop and execute sales strategies, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients.

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the support of your dedicated admin team member to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients.

  • Experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
