Hiring Alert Business Development Manager – Interiors & Fitouts
About the Role:-
Facilitate in expansion of Brand Options business portfolio by driving acquisition of new business to meet Quarterly, Semi-annual and Yearly revenue targets set by the Company.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Seek and develop opportunities for business development for Brand Options by acquisition of new clients via implementation and execution of aggressive sales strategies and business plan.
- Building relationships with existing and new clients to increase their current spend through exceptional customer service.
- Verifying the credit history of new accounts.
- Drive peak sales performance for self on a consistent basis throughout the year.
- Developing ways to improve customer experience and build brand loyalty.
- Always be there for the new/existing clients after closing the deal from concept till execution.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports.
- Follow through for timely receipt of payments.
- Monitor competition and gather marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc. and share the same with the team, Sales Manager and the Management.
- Ensure cooperation within the team via effective communication.
- Ensure interdepartmental cooperation by proactively identifying problems and finding solutions for the same in coordination with the Sales Manager and the Management.
Qualifications:-
- A Go Getter with 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience with 2 years in Interiors and Fit-outs.
- A pleasant personality with excellent inter-personal skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (is a plus).
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing or any other relevant business discipline.
