Description:
We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Business Developer to join our team. The Business Developer will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth across multiple sectors. The role requires a strong focus on market expansion, strategic partnerships, and sales initiatives. The Business Developer will work closely with the leadership team to achieve growth targets and contribute to the overall success of Pioneer Vision Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Opportunity Identification:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, business opportunities, and new sectors for growth.
- Develop strategies for penetrating new markets and expanding within existing ones.
- Analyze competitor activities and identify gaps in the market.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, investors, and governmental entities.
- Represent Pioneer Vision Group at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings.
- Strengthen the company’s presence and brand recognition in the market.
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets.
- Prepare and present proposals to potential clients and partners.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement.
- Collaboration & Team Support:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies.
- Provide input and guidance to the marketing and operations teams to align business development efforts.
- Support leadership in executing business plans and new project initiatives.
- Partnerships and Acquisitions:
- Identify potential strategic partners and acquisition targets that align with Pioneer Vision Group’s long-term goals.
- Facilitate partnership discussions and negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Manage ongoing partnerships and monitor their performance.
- Reporting and Performance Tracking:
- Track and report on business development activities, including progress toward sales goals and pipeline performance.
- Provide regular updates to the Board of Directors on new business opportunities and progress in negotiations.
- Identify innovative solutions and business models to keep Pioneer Vision Group at the forefront of the market.
- Continuously assess market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly to capitalize on growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Developer, Sales Manager, or in a similar role, with a successful track record of driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of business development, sales, and marketing strategies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and manage client accounts.
- A deep understanding of the sectors in which Pioneer Vision Group operates (construction, media, healthcare, entertainment, etc.).
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with multinational teams and clients.
- Existing network within the UAE and broader regional markets.
- Strong experience in developing strategic partnerships and driving sales initiatives.
- Knowledge of the UAE’s business environment, regulations, and industry trends.
