We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager in Immigration sector with a strong background in immigration services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding our market presence across Australia, Canada, and Europe. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to achieve company targets and business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in immigration services for Australia, Canada, and Europe.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on immigration policies and trends in Australia, Canada, and Europe.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with clients.
- Manage and grow a pipeline of potential clients.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and client satisfaction.
- Attend networking events, conferences, and industry expos to promote the company.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management to track progress and performance.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in immigration services, specifically handling immigration processes for Europe, Australia, Canada
- Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of immigration laws, processes, and trends for Australia, Canada, and Europe.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field .
