Description:
The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in growing Legacy Worldwide’s client portfolio and increasing revenue. This position involves identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with prospective clients, and promoting Legacy’s unique approach to procurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients, presenting tailored solutions that address their sourcing and procurement needs.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Market Insights: Analyze market trends and client requirements to uncover growth opportunities and refine business strategies.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to prepare compelling proposals and negotiate contracts.
- CRM and Reporting: Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track progress, and provide regular performance updates.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with procurement and operations teams to deliver solutions aligned with client expectations and company objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: At least 5 years in B2B sales, business development, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets. Preferably in Hospitality and/or Furniture & Fixtures space.
- Client-Centric Approach: Strong ability to understand client needs and deliver customized solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical Thinking: Proficient in analyzing data and market trends to inform strategies.
- Tech Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools and sales technology; familiarity with workflow automation is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred but not required.
- Language: English proficiency of professional level is a must while Arabic will be an additional advantage.
