Key Responsibilities:

Drive freight sales by identifying and converting new business opportunities.

Manage a portfolio of clients, delivering tailored logistics solutions to meet their needs.

Achieve sales targets of 4 times the base salary within stipulated timelines.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow revenue.

Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.

Requirements:

• Mandatory: UAE experience in freight forwarding sales.
• Excellent command of English (both spoken and written).
• Strong track record in achieving or exceeding sales budgets.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary + commission.
• Sales targets set at 4 times the base salary.
