Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development and Sales

  • Develop and implement a robust business development strategy targeting healthcare facilities, technology vendors, and suppliers.
  • Drive B2B sales efforts, focusing on project management, consulting services, and healthcare technology solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and presentations that address client needs.

Marketing and Campaigns

  • Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote consulting services, emphasizing healthcare innovation and digital health transformation.
  • Leverage digital tools, including CRM platforms and social media, to enhance brand visibility and track campaign effectiveness.
  • Represent the company at healthcare expos, industry events, and networking forums to establish credibility and generate leads.

Project and Activity Management

  • Manage business development activities for key projects, including:
  • EMR systems integration and optimization.
  • Healthcare facility licensing and compliance.
  • Healthccare speciality and technology staffing Advisory services
  • Biomedical equipment procurement and management.
  • Digital transformation initiatives, such as AI-based diagnostics and telemedicine solutions.
  • Training and development programs for healthcare professionals.

2.Lead discussions with clients about healthcare technology innovation and research, focusing on emerging trends and opportunities in the Middle East.

Market Analysis and Strategy

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the healthcare and technology sectors.
  • Collaborate with management to align business development strategies with company objectives.
  • Share potential client leads and detailed insights to enhance targeting efforts and drive growth.
  • Provide recommendations to refine and expand service offerings, emphasizing innovation, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Build a pipeline of high-value clients and establish strategic partnerships to sustain growth and market leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with experience in UAE market
  • Understanding in B2B Sales, preferably in healthcare or consultancy services.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and business growth targets.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry changes in the Middle East, including digital health and regulatory frameworks.
  • Understanding about Homecare Services and innovative about home hospital Set up
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Familiarity with project management principles is a plus.
