Business Development Manager

 

Description:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. You will play a key role in shaping the company’s business strategy, collaborating with internal teams, and managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to contract negotiation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Identify and pursue new business opportunities within targeted markets and sectors.

•⁠ ⁠Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders.

•⁠ ⁠Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company revenue goals.

•⁠ ⁠Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals and decks.

•⁠ ⁠Negotiate and close contracts to secure new business.

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development initiatives.

 

Qualifications:

•⁠ ⁠Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field (minimum 5 years).

•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to build and nurture client relationships.

•⁠ ⁠Strong organizational and time management skills.

•⁠ ⁠A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
