The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and increasing the company’s client base.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales Strategy
Develop and execute a business growth strategy to expand the cleaning services market.
Identify new business opportunities, including residential, commercial, and industrial cleaning contracts.
Generate leads, negotiate deals, and close sales with corporate offices, hotels, restaurants, hospitals, and property managers.
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs in the cleaning services industry.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop advertising campaigns and promotional strategies.
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand cleaning requirements.
Develop customized cleaning service proposals and pricing strategies to meet client needs.
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through high-quality service and regular follow-ups.
3. Strategic Partnerships & Networking
Establish partnerships with real estate agencies, facility management companies, and corporate offices to secure long-term contracts.
Represent the company at business expos, networking events, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
4. Operational & Financial Planning
Work closely with the operations team to ensure efficient cleaning service delivery.
Monitor sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability of the cleaning services division.
Prepare regular reports on business performance, client feedback, and sales forecasts.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the cleaning services, facility management, or hospitality industry.
Strong networking and negotiation skills with a proven track record of acquiring corporate clients.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Ability to work independently and drive business growth initiatives.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing platforms.
