A senior Sales manager role to position, consult and create opportunities for the Critical communications portfolio of Mitel. With Governments, Public Safety and Finance.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for representing Mitel and selling its products and services to assigned Channel Partners, specifically employ a high-touch, high-value sales model to successfully position Mitel technology into accounts.
- Responsible for developing strategic customer relationships and new account sales across the GCC territory.
- Developing a robust sales pipeline leading to the achievement of personal and team quotas for the Critical Communications Portfolio of Mitel.
- Primary focus of this role is Direct Sales Engagement with customers and the role is responsible to create opportunities with a consulting approach for building new business and bring growth in critical communications domain.
- Capability to do solution pitch to end-customers, along with Pre-Sales or Channel Representation.
- Grow the business and deliver results to meet/exceed assigned target.
- Identify and qualify business opportunities. Work with Channel Partners, Channel Account managers to Execute the deal, and make strategic business plans to drive business in the region. Includes negotiation, coordination and business decisions to close deals along with customers, Channels and Channel managers.
- Develop reference accounts in select sectors with priority according to guidelines.
- Develop and present professional sales presentations, control project progress at each stage through channels, make constant sales calls and follow up with any potential leads, work with partners aggressively to close deals and finalize contracts, meet/exceed sales quotas and revenue goals. Provide effective communication of Unify technology value propositions and solutions.
- Manage Regional sales forecast reports as well as short-term/long-term business plans in an effective manner.
Experience, Skills And Knowledge
- Understanding on the Mitel business and skills how generate new Sales opportunities on the critical communications domain.
- Business development skills required to define and manage a territory plan.
- Strong relationship selling skills within the Government, Public Safety, Finance Industry and any domain where Critical communication is a key requirement.
- Understanding of Voice/Data/Collaboration/Critical Communications market in GCC
- Working closely with the Channel Managers regionally for Deal execution.
- Strong business acumen to deliver predictable business and commit adherence
- Understanding of business organizations and their buying cycles is required.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills are a must.
- Practical experience using influence management to achieve goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of the market, the customer, region and partner landscape.
