Description:

Strategic Responsibilities:

 

1. Market Analysis and Expansion:

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

• Develop strategies to expand the company’s catering services into new markets.

 

2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

• Identify and pursue potential clients and partnerships.

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads.

 

3. Sales Strategy and Execution:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

• Create proposals and pitch to potential clients.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals.

 

Operational Responsibilities:

 

1. Event Planning and Coordination:

• Work with clients to understand their catering needs and preferences.

• Plan menus in collaboration with chefs and kitchen staff.

• Coordinate logistics for catering events, including venue setup and staffing.

 

2. Team Management and Training:

• Oversee the catering team, including chefs, servers, and support staff.

• Ensure all team members are trained in customer service and food safety standards.

• Schedule staff and manage their performance.

 

3. Quality Control and Compliance:

• Ensure all catering operations comply with health and safety regulations.

• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

• Address any client concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.

 

4. Budget Management and Cost Control:

• Prepare and manage budgets for catering events.

• Ensure profitability of each event by optimizing resources.

 

5. Marketing and Promotion:

• Develop marketing strategies to promote catering services.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.

• Utilize social media and other digital platforms to increase visibility.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

 

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Organizational and multitasking capabilities.

• Experience in the catering or hospitality industry.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Driving License: Valid UAE driving license.

• Team Management: Proven experience in managing and training staff.
