Qualifications:

 BSc Degree in a Business-related field

 At least 3 years of experience in Business Development Roles

 Fluent English speakers with excellent oral and written skills in English and Urdu

 Experience within the financial services industry will be considered an advantage

 Very good computer literacy

 Dynamic, innovative and target oriented

 Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

 Excellent people management skills

 Excellent client handling, problem solving and negotiation skills

 Ability to work in a dynamic environment and maintain a high-level of organization

 Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
