Description:
As a Development agent, you will assume a pivotal role in our sales division. Your primary objective will be to engage with potential customers via telephone, introduce them to our range of products/services, and effectively secure deals. Your adeptness in fostering connections, elucidating the advantages of our offerings, and finalizing transactions will be instrumental to your success in this position.
Responsibilities:
Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients.
Maintain consistent communication with existing clients.
Manage the sales pipeline effectively.
Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages.
Track metrics to ensure targets are met.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
1+ years of experience in sales and real estate industry.
Proven experience in the full sales cycle, including deal closing, demonstrating sales success.
Strong negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience with CRM software is preferred.
