Now, we’re looking for a Business Development & Sales Manager who can spot opportunities, close deals, and keep the energy up — all while understanding how social media is reshaping the way brands connect with people. What you will be up to:

 

  • Find and attract new business opportunities in the digital and social media space;
  • Create smart sales strategies that actually work — and hit those targets;
  • Build relationships that last (we don’t do ghosting here);
  • Keep an eye on industry trends and competitors, so we’re always ahead;
  • Pitch our services like a boss — online, offline, over coffee, or on Zoom;
  • Put together sharp proposals and close deals with confidence;
  • Work with our creative team to shape offers that actually fit client needs;
  • Negotiate contracts, seal the deal, and keep the client experience smooth;
  • Stay curious — social media moves fast, and so do we.

 

What we are looking for:

 

  • Sales or business development experience in marketing, media, or agency life;
  • Strong understanding of how social media can actually drive growth;
  • Great communicator — clear, confident, and good with people;
  • Results-driven but not pushy (we respect the art of the sale);
  • CRM and sales tool savvy;
  • Team player, self-starter, and a bit of a go-getter;
  • Degree in Marketing or Business helps, but your experience matters more.
