Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Developer to help us establish and grow our presence in Dubai. As a Business Developer, you will play a pivotal role in driving business expansion, building key relationships, and generating new opportunities in the fast-paced world of digital media.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients, including but not limited to businesses, agencies, and brands.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth.
Create and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with our digital marketing and media teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both clients and Only Media.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Proven track record of at least 3 years in business development, sales, or a related role within the digital media or advertising industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, media planning, and advertising technologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets and achieving growth.
Existing network and relationships within the Dubai business community are a plus.
Fluent in Arabic, English, and additional languages is a bonus.
