Whizz HR is on a look for a Business Development Manager to work for a leading advertising agency in Dubai

 

Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation and Conversion: The primary responsibility

is to identify and cultivate new leads and convert them into

valuable clients. This includes but is not limited to corporate

clients, event agencies, and educational institutions (schools

and universities).

- Sales and Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement

effective sales and marketing strategies to maximize client

acquisition and revenue generation. Collaborate with the

management team to set ambitious sales targets and deliver on

them consistently.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong,

long-term relationships with corporate clients, event agencies,

schools, and universities. Ensure client satisfaction through

excellent communication and customer service.

- Social Media and Content Creation: Utilize your creative skills

to create engaging and visually appealing social media content

 

that supports our marketing efforts. Leverage various social

media platforms to reach a wider audience and promote our

photography services effectively.

 

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales and marketing, with a minimum of 1

years of experience in a similar role.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in creating compelling social media content and utilizing

social media platforms for business purposes.

• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• Results-driven and highly motivated with a proven ability to meet

or exceed sales targets.

• Knowledge of the corporate, event planning, and educational

sectors is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is

preferred.

• Driving license is a must
