Business Development Specialist

 

Description:

The Business Development Specialist (Merchant Acquisition) will be key to helping our client's company grow by finding new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and creating strategies to boost market presence. The ideal candidate is someone with a solid background in sales and business development, especially in the financial services or Payments sectors, who has a proven track record of hitting sales targets and building lasting client relationships.

 

  • Develop sales strategies to achieve targets and manage existing merchant relationships.
  • Acquire new merchants and meet monthly sales KPIs.
  • Oversee the on boarding process for merchants until they are fully operational.
  • Maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure ongoing growth and meet sales targets.
  • Ensure all merchant business activities and documentation comply with relevant policies.
  • Monitor merchant sales performance, increase organic sales volume from existing merchants, and stay updated on market competition, payment solutions, and trends.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Based in Dubai.
  • High Risk Merchants experience is a MUST.
  • EU speaking languages only and English is a must
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Bachelor's Degree
