We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our insurance business by developing and executing strategic initiatives, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying new market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and industry partners to enhance business opportunities and client satisfaction.
- Sales Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and professional growth.
- Product Development: Collaborate with product management teams to identify client needs and develop tailored insurance solutions that meet market demands.
- Contract Negotiation: Manage and negotiate high-value contracts and agreements with clients.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze business performance metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.
- Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build brand presence and generate leads.
- Opportunity Identification: Research and identify potential business opportunities and target markets within the insurance industry.
- Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and industry partners to foster long-term partnerships.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development or sales within the insurance industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
