Description:

  • Project Cost Management o Preparing cost Estimates by gathering information from various sources within the organisation.
  • Conducting the margin analysis o Ensuring the cost management strategy is in alignment with the organisation’s financial requirements.
  • Project Profit & Loss Analysis o Profit & Loss Analysis for the Client Portfolio o Profit & Loss Analysis Per Project Resource
  • Project Budget Management & Analysis
  • Preparation and review of all company cost sheets.
  • Preparation of all financials for Tendering Purposes
  • Verification and Tracking of all Client Purchase Orders & SOW’s
  • Cost Analysis of all Work Order Variations
  • Review and validation of Client Invoices
  • Preparation of Weekly / Monthly Cost Reports
  • Payroll Validation

Requirements / Skills

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Degree in Business Management & Finance
  • Project Management Experience
  • Computer literacy: Advanced level in excel required.
