Business Intelligence Analyst

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work with large datasets to uncover insights, build predictive models, and support datadriven decision-making. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for applying data science techniques to improve business outcomes.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop and implement machine learning models to solve business problems, such as customer segmentation, predictive analytics, and recommendation systems.
• Work with business units to understand their data needs and develop solutions that deliver masurable results.
• Communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear and actionable reports and presentations.
• Clean and preprocess data, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with software engineers and data engineers to deploy models and integrate them into production systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, scikitlearn).
• Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and statistical analysis skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex data insights to nontechnical audiences.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
