Description:
We are in search of a seasoned and dynamic Business Operations Manager to join our Middle East team in a remote capacity. We seek a self-motivated individual with extensive experience in the advertising, communication, or marketing industry, coupled with proficiency in tech and/or digital operations. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience, fluency in English, an understanding of Arabic is preferred but not essential, and a proven track record in managing business operations, fostering new business initiatives, and excelling in financial management.
Responsibilities:
Business Operations:
- Oversee and optimize day-to-day business operations with a focus on efficiency, productivity, and industry compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and implement best practices.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of operational strategies.
New Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Middle Eastern advertising and digital landscape.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Develop and execute strategies for market expansion and penetration.
Finance Management:
- Lead and manage financial operations, emphasizing experience in quoting, forecasting, and planning within the advertising or marketing sector.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting and analysis.
- Implement financial strategies to optimize profitability and cost efficiency.
Cultural Understanding:
- Leverage cultural insights and regional expertise to adapt and tailor business strategies, particularly within the advertising and communication context.
- Navigate and bridge cultural gaps to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Contribute to the development of culturally sensitive business practices.
Remote Work Management:
- Demonstrate strong self-motivation and discipline in a remote work environment.

Qualifications:
