Business Operations Manager

Description:

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Operations Manager. The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, working with various teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency. They will also be responsible for program management. They will be in charge of holding each segment of the business accountable on deliverables and making sure that the business is operated efficiently, and the strategy and goals set out by leadership are met. The candidate must obsess over the nuts and bolts of the business and be able to manage different processes across sales/marketing, regulatory oversight, banking/finance, and administration. The role will also oversee and manage the sales administration process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Implement best practices to improve the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. The candidate will collaborate with sales leadership to define sales strategy and implement sales plans. Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards and key performance indicators to track sales targets and forecasts and provide insights into sales trends, pipeline health and forecasting.

The candidate will report directly to the CEO function.

• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales or a closely related field is mandatory
• Possess a minimum of 3-5years of experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated expertise in Program Management and Change management.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills
• Proven experience in sales operations or sales management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
