Description:
As a Travel Sales Manager specializing in both Inbound and Outbound operations, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to promote travel packages and services. Your role involves creating compelling itineraries, collaborating with local suppliers, and ensuring seamless customer experiences. A key aspect is catering to Dubai-bound travelers, requiring in-depth knowledge of the destination.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets for both Inbound and Outbound travel.
2. Design attractive travel packages, considering customer preferences and market trends.
3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with hotels, airlines, and other travel service providers.
4. Lead a sales team, providing guidance and motivation to achieve individual and team goals.
5. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and changing customer demands.
6. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
7. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Travel Sales Manager, with a focus on both Inbound and Outbound travel.
2. In-depth knowledge of Dubai's tourism industry and attractions.
3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
5. Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
