Description:
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive to help us meet our customer acquisition and
revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative
The sales executive will be responsible for driving agent & business growth, maximizing our sales
potential, crafting sales plans and managing relationships with the clients/Agents, selling and promoting
all our products like Flights, Groups, Hotels, Holidays, Inbound, Insurance, Attractions etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning:
Identify new sales opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends, customer needs,
and competitors.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Set and meet personal and team sales targets.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them to
understand their needs.
Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, emails, and other methods.
Conduct follow-ups on leads to convert them into potential sales opportunities.

Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the products or services offered, and effectively communicate
features and benefits to customers.
Reporting & Documentation:
Provide accurate forecasts, reports, and analysis of sales performance.
Maintain records of all sales interactions and customer communications.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
Work closely with the Sales team, product, and support teams to ensure seamless delivery of
services and high customer satisfaction.
Provide feedback to improve products and services based on customer insights.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Familiarity with sales performance metrics and KPIs.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a results-driven approach.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
