Business Unit Head

Description:

This is a full-time role located in Al Ain, AbuDhabi, UAE. We are seeking a Crop Protection & Bio-Stimulants Business Unit Head to oversee all the technical and marketing operations of our CP & Bio-stimulants agricultural products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture, excellent English communication skills, and a proven track record in developing and implementing marketing strategies targeting farmers and retail channels. This role will focus on maximizing profitability, ensuring technical excellence, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical & marketing Expertise:

• Provide technical support and knowledge about pesticides and bio-stimulants to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to promote products to customers.
• Create campaigns to increase brand awareness and product adoption.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

• Profitability Management:

• Monitor and optimize product profitability.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure cost-effective operations.

• Performance Metrics:

• Achieve growth in gross profit and sales.
• Regularly report on marketing and technical performance to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role within the agriculture industry.
• Strong understanding of CP pesticides and bio-stimulants.
• Proven ability to create and implement marketing strategies.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
