Our bakery business is has started and we are ready to hire a employees! We are currently looking to add a new member to our team to help us keep up with the demands of our growing business.

ABOUT SiLA’s BAKERY SHOP
Our bakery specializes in beautiful delicious cakes , cookies and dessert buffets.
We also make custom cakes and sweets for all occasions. We are located in business bay , Dubai , Uae.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Our ideal employee is someone who enjoys baking, cake decorating, and making desserts. Highly experienced is very helpful, but we are great teachers and are happy to share our knowledge. You will learn a lot as you go.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to the following:
* Baking
* Making frostings & fillings
* Coloring and kneading fondant
* Making or helping to make sweet treats like cupcakes, tart , truffles, cookies, etc.
* Assistance with some cake decorating. As you become more experienced, you will be trusted with more decorating work.
* On occasional weekends, assisting us in the delivery and setup of wedding cakes if we need an extra person.
* keeping an organized work space.
* Providing excellent customer service whenever working with clients.
* Maintaining our high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and the quality of our work.
* Assisting in other duties as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Highly skilled in cake decoration fondant, ganache and buttercream .
* Must be able to properly follow a recipe.
* Must have good time management skills and abide by a schedule.
* Must be able to multitask and stay focused on work.
* Able to work in a fun, but fast paced environment.
* Must pay a lot of attention to detail in order to maintain our reputation for high quality custom cakes and desserts.
* A positive attitude and working well with others is a must.
