Key Responsibilities:

♦ Customer Engagement: Interact with clients via phone, email, and live chat to provide property information and address inquiries.

♦ Sales Assistance: Support the sales team by processing orders, tracking deals, and resolving client concerns.

♦ CRM Management: Efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls and maintain accurate client records using Zoho CRM.

♦ Client Follow-ups: Conduct regular check-ins with clients and ensure timely updates.

 

Qualifications:

♦ 1-2 years of experience in customer service or lead management, preferably in real estate.

♦ Bilingual in Arabic and English.

♦ Strong communication and organizational skills.

♦ Proficient in Zoho CRM or similar CRM software.

♦ Flexibility to work in shifts and manage a high volume of inquiries effectively.
