  • Adhere to established communication scripts, policies, and procedures.
  • Achieve or surpass performance targets and call handling metrics.
  • Collaborate effectively with teammates and other departments to optimize the customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English with a clear American accent.
  • Prior call center or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (if needed).
