Call Center / Telesales Team Leader

Description:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
• 3: 5 years of work experience as a Call Center / Telesales team leader, or a similar role in the Sales department
• Familiarity with medicines and cosmetics will be advantage.
• Excellent communication (Arabic and English) is mandatory, presentation, Leadership, and negotiation skills
• Package: 7k: 8k + Commission + other legal benefits

2- Call Center / Telesales Rep (* 4):
• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Proven work experience as a Telesales Representative, Call Center agent, or a similar position in the Sales department
• Excellent communication (Arabic and English) is mandatory and interpersonal skills
• Good time management and organisational skills and Familiar with CRM.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
