Responsibilities:

· Lead the strategic vision and execution of our eco-sustainable housing initiatives.

· Drive brokerage innovation and efficiency through forward-thinking strategies.

· Oversee dynamic joint venture developments, creating impactful partnerships.

· Provide visionary leadership to drive the growth and success of the real estate business.

· Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and business opportunities within the real estate industry.

· Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and investment strategies.

· Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.

· Establish and maintain a strong brand presence of Meer Group in the real estate market.

Qualification:

Bachelors or higher, preferably with some proven experience at leadership positions in banking and financial services, neo-banking, investment banking, credit rating, and portfolio management.
