Description:
As the Carpentry Factory Incharge, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the carpentry factory. You will ensure that production processes are efficient, high-quality, and adhere to safety standards. You will manage a team of carpenters and other factory staff, handle inventory and equipment maintenance, and coordinate with other departments to meet production goals and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Management: Oversee all aspects of factory operations, including production scheduling, workflow management, and quality control to ensure timely and accurate completion of carpentry projects.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of carpenters, machine operators, and other factory staff. Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations to ensure a high standard of work.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure that all products meet company standards and customer specifications. Address any quality issues promptly and effectively.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and protocols within the factory to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety training and audits.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, tools, and supplies. Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely replenishment and minimize production delays.
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of factory machinery and equipment. Schedule regular maintenance checks and ensure equipment is in good working order.

- Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments such as design, sales, and logistics to ensure alignment on project requirements, timelines, and delivery schedules.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certification or vocational training in carpentry or manufacturing is preferred.
