Description:

Sprinklr is looking for a Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) Specialist who will partner with our Global Partnership organisations to drive sales for Sprinklr’s Service products.

At Sprinklr, Solution Specialists have both the technical knowledge as well as the business consulting acumen to work through complex use cases and understand the business and technology landscape to maximise the impact of Sprinklr’s Service offerings for customers. They speak from a position of confidence and credibility with their product and industry knowledge, and have the ability to provide insight's to our partners, building rapport easily while being a trusted advisor.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide consultation and support for partners (BPO, GSI, TSB, VAR and other strategic alliances) as part of a partner focused sales organisation
  • Act as technical subject matter expert supporting channel partners, acting as the primary technical resource in driving new business and partner enablement in relation to solution architecture, integrations, infrastructure, and analytics
  • Lead presales activities including building and delivering compelling presentations, in-depth technical workshops, assisting with RFPs, and conducting Proofs of Concept (POC) that demonstrate Sprinklr solutions and the value they provide against a customer’s required capabilities
  • Collaborate with the Sprinklr Service ecosystem (i.e. engineering, product design, product marketing and demo engineering) to impact success of the business
  • Architect solution designs that include integrations between Sprinklr and 3rd party solutions for CRM, PSTN Carriers, SBCs, SIP Trunks, etc
  • Keep up with an aggressive training schedule and maintain up to date Sprinklr product certifications

Care Specialist Skills & Experience:

  • 5-10 years of experience in a presales role, preferably with a CCaaS based company
  • Strong working knowledge of Voice PBX/Carrier interconnection and migration architecture
  • Experience with Cloud contact centre technologies ranging from IP Telephony, Intelligent Routing, Workflow Automation, Self Service, Workforce Optimisation, Outbound Engagement, Social Media Engagement, Digital (DX), Unified communications (UC) and Analytics.
  • Theoretical and practical knowledge in computer technology disciplines, including AI/Machine Learning and Cloud based API
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills
  • The ability to effectively interact with business and technical audiences in the English language required
  • Proven record of driving new initiatives, sales innovation, and business development
