The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our Google Ads campaigns and SEO strategies to enhance our website's visibility, drive high quality traffic, and generate leads for our luxury property listings.
Key Responsibilities:
Google Ads Management:
- Create, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and shopping networks.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting to maximise ROI.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage budget allocations and ensure cost-efficiency across all campaigns.
SEO Strategy and Implementation:
- Develop optimisation strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings.
- Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials.
- Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts.
- Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance.
- Efficiently communicate with other marketing professionals to align goals.
- Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions.
- Update content and website links for maximum optimisation and search engine rankings.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with the content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website updates and content creation.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in digital marketing, Google Ads, and SEO.
