Channel Sales Specialist

 

Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads and develop new customers in conjunction with our strategic channel partners in exceeding quota.
  • Contribute to root cause analysis on wins/losses.
  • Communicate lessons learned to the team, including account managers, the marketing team, and the technical team.
  • Document the buying criteria
  • Update and maintain the Sales database as appropriate
  • Utilize a consultative approach, discuss business issues with prospects and develop a formal quote, a written sales proposal or a formal sales presentation addressing their business needs.
  • Develop an account plan to sell to customers based on their business needs.
  • Recommend marketing strategies.
  • Work directly with prospective and existing partners to develop strong account relationships that drive partner enablement and revenue.
  • Work with the manager to plan sales and partner revenue development opportunities
  • Work with partners to develop sales proposals, quotations, and pricing
  • Educate partners about product portfolio and complimentary services offered
  • Provide sales and logistical support for channel partners located across South East Asia
  • Adapt to dynamic changes related to sales opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Ability to design and present business plans, track and articulate program progress, design and document program guidelines for distribution throughout the organization (all levels) and external use
  • Experience in writing Statements of Work, Contract negotiation, and Client Discovery for Partner services
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the IT Services and Solutions
  • Strong collaborative and teamwork skills
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation and closing skills
  • Persuasive communication skills accompanied by the ability to gain a quick understanding of the needs and pain points of channel partners
  • Passionate about technology
