Junior Chef de Partie: Assist in food preparation and ensure the kitchen operates smoothly during shifts.
Demi Chef de Partie: Prepare meals and maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.
Commis: Support all kitchen staff in food prep, cooking, and maintaining cleanliness.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, with a strong professional kitchen background.
Required Skills: Knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety standards, and excellent teamwork.
Education: Culinary education preferred, but not required.
