Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our Direct Selling Agency (DSA) operations. The CEO will be responsible for steering the company's strategic direction, fostering relationships with banking partners, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet both client and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies that align with the company's mission and objectives, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
- Partnership Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partner banks and NBFCs, understanding their requirements and ensuring our services effectively meet their needs.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations, including customer acquisition processes, account management, and loan facilitation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the management team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Financial Management: Manage the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to ensure financial health and operational efficiency.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all company operations adhere to legal guidelines and industry regulations, maintaining the highest standards of business ethics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the financial services sector, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a DSA, bank, or NBFC.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies.
- Strong understanding of banking products, customer acquisition strategies, and regulatory requirements.
