Our client, who ranks amongst the top global real estate companies, is seeking a dynamic and visionary CEO to spearhead their Middle East and Africa business and oversee their global business operations.

As the CEO, you will be the driving force behind our client's success, leading and growing a diverse array of real estate services including residential and commercial sales, advisory and valuation services, property and project management, occupier services, and short-term rentals.

What we’re looking for in Candidates:

· A thorough understanding of the rules and regulations and market dynamics in real estate in the UAE and GCC, coupled with a proven track record of international success in diverse markets.

· A leader who has demonstrated the ability to grow new business verticals, establishing a strong foothold in new markets with a keen eye for identifying and capitalizing on opportunities.

· Demonstrated success in growing new business verticals and establishing and growing in new markets.

· Should possess high energy levels, be independent, entrepreneurial, motivated and able to work under pressure.

· Should possess excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills with a demonstrated track record of managing diverse stakeholders.
